Before anyone even realized she was gone
I am very grateful Matt saw her and approached her delicately enough that she didn’t get scared and fall. (Haha! Scared! Sophie doesn’t get scared.) Between the playground and gymnastics, we’ve made her fearless.
So glad I got her a helmet and suit of armor for Christmas. This is terrifying to look at even though I know she’s safe. Where were you?
We were all in the kitchen. You’ll see on Christmas that we weren’t far, but clearly I wasn’t paying attention to her at that moment. I forgot Anthony wasn’t there. She also deplanted a plant in Aunt Laurie’s bedroom. No photos but, in my one visit, I have already had the opportunity to vacuum (to cover up our trail, not because her house needed the vacuuming).
She is her mothers daughter… If only I had my iPhone back when you were holding onto the outside of the escalator railing going up, up, up….
